Oshika Gobansho Park
太平洋を一望できる展望公園。江戸時代に仙台藩が唐船の襲来に備えて見張り所を設定していた場所でもある。丘の上には展望棟があり、牡鹿半島や金華山、太平洋の大海原が見渡せます。
The excellent and expensive vieews from here are not only beautiful, but were strategically used by the feudal domain of Sendai in the Edo era as a lookout for hostile ships. The main observation point gives you a stunning 360°panoramic view with the Pacific Ocean ahead and the Oshika Peninsula behind.
